Welcome to E4A for Business.

This site is dedicated to helping you improve the profit and management of your business. Whether you are a business owner, a business support organisation, a manager of an incubator or a business training organisation our technologies will help you drive down the cost of support whilst improving its effectiveness.

We have developed two technologies:

A Profit Improvement Grid that helps you track all the things you should be doing to improve the profitability and effectiveness of your business. We also have a supervisor grid option which means if you have provided the funding for business support you can track the performance of the participants in your funding programme.

A Group Action Learning package that takes senior business managers, or owner managers of a number of businesses through actions which improve the profit in their business. The technology can be used to deliver any content, not just actions for profit improvement. The software encourages the participants to be actively involved generating peer to peer learning in addition to the content delivered through the system.

E4A can provide facilitators to support the delivery of the workshops. However, the systems have been written in such a way that any trained business coach, trainer or facilitator should be able to effectively use the process with the free telephone support.
